Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days of receiving your order, providing the items are in stock. This does not include weekends and holidays.
Free postage is offered for orders of goods totalling £20 (inc. VAT) or over within the UK providing the weight does not exceed 5kg. Alternatively, orders below £20.00 will be charged at the following rates, please note that the average card weighs approximately 0.02kg:
As detailed above, we deliver to Europe and International Countries. All international deliveries will be sent recorded delivery. Laura Darrington Design Ltd. will not be responsible for items once they are in the postal system. If you wish your items to be insured, please put a note on the payment page and you will be quoted and asked to pay for this separately.
Returns & Cancellations
Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of your goods.
In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your items for alternative products or receive a refund minus the cost of the postage and packaging.
Refunds and Exchanges will only be given if the goods are returned within 10 days from receipt of your order, and if the good are in perfect condition for re-sale, and unopened.
To return any products to us, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise that you would like to arrange a return. In the subject heading please state RETURN and detail the unwanted items you would like to exchange or refund prior to posting.
When posting the returns, please enclose a copy of the delivery note and detail which items are being returned with the goods.

We will not be responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Therefore we strongly recommend that all returns are sent via recorded delivery. Buyers are also responsible for any costs that occur when returning goods.
The refund will be issued when the stock is accepted back into our warehouse. Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you. Refunds will be paid on the same card as the order was processed and funds should reach you within 5 to 15 working days.
Should you select a more expensive item for the exchange, please include a cheque for the difference or contact us on: 0116 2849660 with your credit card details.
